She has a very smooth system of planning and coordinating appointments and showings, and she literally went door-to-door in our neighborhood with lovely, full-photo brochures and invitations that she had created for our open house, which was held just prior to the mls listing in order to generate buzz and interest over our home before it even officially went on the market! Her promotional materials were so nice that we plan to hold onto them as a proud keepsake for years to come. After the sale of our old house, we were so pleased with the services that we continued to work with her as a designer on our new home, and she again connected us with reasonable local contractors for kitchen cabinets and countertops, etc. She also referred us to a wonderful building inspector who gave us good advice on the home that we were buying, which helped us in negotiating the purchase price. She is very experienced and has a wonderful eye for design and very good taste! Overall, we found her to be a very energetic and motivated Realtor® and a person of high moral integrity.
